Terms governing use of the PineCore Academy website and coaching enquiries.
1. Acceptance
By accessing https://desktop-pinecore.click or enquiring about coaching with PineCore Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book sessions.
2. Who we are

3. No investment advice
Sessions coach how you read and align charts. They are educational and coaching services, not personalised investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
4. Bookings & fees
Session fees are described on the rates page for information only. A contract for coaching forms when we confirm a slot in writing and you accept the fee and schedule. Payment instructions are issued separately; this website does not process payments.
5. Intellectual property
Site copy, method descriptions, and written bias notes we produce for you remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal trading use. You may not republish our materials as a course or public product without written consent. Your own charts and journal entries remain yours.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or scrape content at scale). Enquiries must be accurate enough for us to respond safely.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from coaching discussions or site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights if you qualify as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for future enquiries and bookings.
